TR: Associate Engagement Web and Mobile Modules Reference

The Context:

• The Associate Engagement Module allows users to view their overall work performance, track earned badges, and view leaderboard ranks. This feature is available via both the Transcendent Web Module and the Mobile App Dashboard.

The Data:

Feature	Platform	Description
Site Overview	Web & Mobile	Displays performance data scores and work order details for site-level users. Allows users to view and track their site performance scores and manage earned badges.
My Performance / Associate Work Performance	Web & Mobile	Displays both associate and site overall performance scores. Users can drill down into work order completion details and compare their performance to the home site's average.
Leaderboards	Web & Mobile	Displays overall site performance data, enabling users to compare how different sites rank based on their overall engineering performance. The web module highlights the top 3 performing sites.

Limits:

• Badge Requirements: Performance badges are directly tied to user work performance and can only be earned by completing work orders at 90% efficiency or higher.
• Web Timeframes: The Web Module explicitly displays work completed within the last 30 days, 60 days, and year-to-date.
