How to Activate Your GXP Integration with Transcendent

This guide provides a simple, step-by-step instruction for activating your GXP integration with Transcendent. Your property has already been configured for this integration by the Transcendent team.

Overview

The GXP/Empower software is used by many Marriott brands for front-of-house operations. The integration with Transcendent allows franchised properties to interface with their Transcendent instance through GXP.

Step 1: Property-Level Activation

To activate the integration, you only need to check the "Transcendent Active" box within your GXP software.

1. Log in to your GXP software.
2. Navigate to the configuration settings.
3. Locate the "Transcendent Active" checkbox.
4. Check the box to enable the integration.

The integration is now active.
