Editing Asset Attributes Video

In this video, you'll learn how to edit and manage asset attributes in the Transcendent system. You can edit assets of the same type in two ways:

Individually: Edit one asset a time. For example, if room 101 adds a safe, you can update this specific asset to reflect the change.
In Bulk: Edit multiple assets of the same type simultaneously. For example, if all guest rooms add safes, you can update all relevant assets at once to reflect this change.

Editing Individual Assets: Navigate to the asset tree page and search for the specific asset (e.g., guest room 101). Click the edit icon to modify attributes such as guestroom details

Attributes Impact on Inspections: Attributes determine which questions are included or omitted during preventive maintenance Inspections.
Example Attributes: Guest room attributes like kitchen, balcony, oven, fireplace, and spa whirlpool can be set to customize inspection tasks.
Saving Changes: After editing attributes, save the changes to update the asset information.

Editing Multiple Assets: Use the manage asset attributes page to select and edit attributes for multiple assets simultaneously.

Selecting Asset Type: Choose the asset type (e.g., guest rooms) from the dropdown to display all relevant assets.
Bulk Editing: Select all assets or specific ones to apply attribute changes across the entire property.

Example Bulk Attributes: Set attributes like fireplace, kitchen, concierge level, balcony, safe, stove, and mini fridge for all selected assets.
Processing Time: Saving changes for multiple assets may take a few minutes depending on the number of attributes and assets selected.
Verification: Check the individual asset page to confirm that the attribute values have been applied correctly.
