Preparation At a Glance

Overview

Upon logging in, your landing page is your primary line of preparation. The Dashboard gives a comprehensive, immediate view of your site’s maintenance performance and overall operational health. It highlights areas requiring immediate attention and includes clickable quick links to actionable pages across the system.

Dashboard Breakdown

Work Order Overview

  • Add Work: Quick link to create tickets for on-demand work.

  • All Work: A wide overview of upcoming work items and missed deadlines.

  • Unassigned: Displays all open work orders waiting to be assigned.

  • Performance (90 Days): Shows the "On-Time" work order completion percentage over the last 90 days.

  • Priority Color Indicators:

    • Red: Past Due

    • Yellow/Orange: Due in 7 Days & Unassigned

    • Green: Due in 30 Days or Greater

Warnings

Alerts you to essential site configuration requirements and upcoming expirations:

  • Activities Not Set Up: Highlights scheduled activities missing due dates.

  • Standards Not Set Up: Scheduled Standards missing due dates.

  • Safety Notes Not Set Up: Identifies guidelines needed for hazardous equipment, including Energy Source Isolation, Shutdown Procedures, and Notify Others lists.

  • Documents: Tracks documents that have expired or will expire within the next 60 days.

Higher-Level Overview & Performance

Tracks Last 90 Days and Year to Date (YTD) on-time completion percentages for key maintenance areas:

  • Fire Life Safety

  • Water Life Safety

  • Equipment Preventive Maintenance (EPM)

  • Room Preventive Maintenance (RPM)

Announcements

  • Displays key Corporate and Transcendent system-related messages.

Engagement Leaderboard & Overview

  • Site Leaderboard (Last 90 Days): Tracks your site's operational performance within the broader Enterprise Engineering framework.

  • Performance - Awards: View earned badges and metrics for total work completed across 30-day, 90-day, or Year-To-Date views.

Weather Forecast

  • 7-Day Forecast: Provided by Open Weather Maps, allowing Property Champions to align work assignments for interior vs. exterior tasks based on local weather conditions.
