How to Perform and Complete Rounds

The Hook: Use this workflow to execute a route-based series of inspections (e.g., Fire Extinguisher checks or Meter Readings) on mobile.

Prerequisites:

• Round must be scheduled and active in the system.

The Steps:

1. Navigate to the My Work tab and select the Round work order.

2. Tap Start Work.

3. Proceed to the first asset in the route list.

4. Scan the asset QR code to verify presence.

5. Enter the required data (e.g., meter reading, pass/fail check).

6. Repeat steps 3–5 for every asset listed in the round.

    ◦ Note: You can skip assets if inaccessible, but this may affect completion percentages.

7. Tap Stop Work once the final asset is checked.

8. Tap Complete to finalize the round.

The Result: Data for all points in the round is saved to the Round History Report.
