Use these workflows to view your work performance scores, track earned badges, monitor leaderboards, and update user profile pictures within the Transcendent platform.
Prerequisites
Before you begin:
- You must have access to the Transcendent platform on the web or mobile application.
Permissions Requirement:
- Only Site Managers and Directors of Engineering (DOEs) who have access to sites can view the Site Overview page on the web.
The Steps:
View Performance and Badges on Mobile
- Log in to the Transcendent mobile application to view the Dashboard landing page.
- Scroll down the Dashboard to view your user stats, site stats, and badges.
- Tap the Main Menu and select the Associate Engagement section.
- Select Associate Overview to view your overall engineering performance.
- Tap an individual badge to view it full-screen, or tap a specific work type to view detailed completion data.
- Select Leaderboard from the Main Menu to view your site's ranking compared to other properties.
View Performance and Leaderboards on the Web
- Log in to the Transcendent web application.
- View the Performance Trends, Leaderboard, and Engagement Overview widgets directly on your dashboard.
- Navigate to the side menu and select Engagement.
- Select Work Performance, then Site Overview to view your site's performance, earned badges, and rankings.
- Click on an individual associate's profile to view their specific performance scores.
- Click the hyperlink on missed work items to drill down into the specific details.
- Select Leaderboards from the side menu and click Export to download the ranking data.
Update Your User Profile Picture
- Navigate to your User Profile page.
- Click the Upload Image button at the top of the page.
- Select and upload the desired image file from your device.
The Result:
Success:
- You have successfully navigated the Associate Engagement module to review performance metrics, badges, and leaderboards.
Troubleshooting:
- Note: If your mobile application loses connection while you are working, continue your tasks. Your performed work is stored locally on your device and will automatically sync and update your performance scores once your server connection is restored.
