Work Order Assignment Restriction — Enable Assigned To Without Managed By Restriction

You can now select the Assigned To field on both the Work Order Details page and the Bulk Edit pop-up without setting Managed By first.

Note: Managed By remains a mandatory field for work orders.

Drill Down Dashboard

The new Drill Down Dashboard suite, currently available to select customers, gives you one place to view performance and grades across your entire portfolio.
