Enhancements

• Fire Life Safety Audit - Inspection Detail' Report Header Address Added City, State/Province, and Country fields to the header of the Fire Life Safety Audit - Inspection Detail report.

• Convert to Repair/Retire - Disable options when the project is locked Restricted the Convert to Retire and Convert to Repair actions for projects in non-editable workflow steps. The system now displays an error if a user attempts these actions.

• Enable Owner Priority Updates via Project Grid Page Allowed users to update the Owner Priority directly from the project grid page for projects in workflow states.

• GM RPM Inspections Report - Make QC/GM Inspection Optional Made the QC/GM Inspections section within the GM RPM Inspections Report optional.

• Asset Snapshot report Introduced the Asset Snapshot Report, giving all customers visibility into the total planned and unplanned effort hours for each individual asset.

• RPM GM Inspection Report - Changes Updated the GM RPM Inspections report to include data for work orders that completed any of the following inspections within the selected date range:

  • RPM Inspection

  • QC Inspection (if selected as a Report Parameter)

  • GM Inspection (if selected as a Report Parameter)

• Expenditures - Display Additional Budget/Forecast/Actual Spend Variances Added four new variance columns to the column chooser in the Project Monthly Spend grid:

  • Variance Budget Forecast: Tracks the difference between budgeted and forecasted amounts.

  • Variance Budget Forecast Local: Tracks the difference between budgeted and forecasted amounts in local currencies.

  • Variance Forecast Actual: Tracks the difference between forecasted and actual spend.

  • Variance Forecast Local: Tracks the difference between forecasted and actual spend in local currencies.

• Credit Card Rounds: Inspection Attribute Update Control Enabled direct mapping of inspection questions to asset or site attributes. Use the new Associated Attribute checkbox to display existing asset/site data within a question, and enable the Update Attribute With Answer checkbox to automatically update those asset/site records upon inspection completion.

• Migrate All Users to Angular Inspection Form Launched the enhanced inspection form for all TR Web users, effective this release.

• Actabl MFA - Implement Enforce Date Configurations Mandated Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all user accounts starting on the enforcement date.

• Actabl MFA - Allow Users to Reset MFA Status Enabled user authentication via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and granted authorized personnel the ability to reset MFA status for themselves and others.

• Update SPA_WorkOrder_Update to not require wom_c_work_type & add validation Made the wom_c_work_type field optional when updating existing work orders via SPA_WorkOrder_Update.

• Update the email addresses used by TR Routed all future system-generated emails to send from [e-mail].

• Split PM Column into RPM and EPM in Work Order Completion Report Released a new Order Completion Report (EPM/RPM Breakout) to provide a detailed breakdown of EPM, RPM, and other work order types.
