External: Customer executives, Regional Engineers, Regional Operations managers. Internal: Account Managers, CSMs, and D&A team members supporting TR customers. |
When does data refresh? |
Daily at 9am UTC (5am ET). Ensure Transcendent data changes are made before this time. |
What is the data source? |
Transcendent Datasphere — work order, asset, and site configuration data from each customer's Transcendent database. |

What if a property is missing from the dashboards? |
First check that the property exists and has work orders in Transcendent. If it does, escalate to D&A. If it doesn't, escalate to Implementations to get the property set up in TR. |
Can customers change their own color thresholds? |
Not currently — thresholds are set by standard template. If desired by customer, discuss changes with D&A team. |
