TR: How to Enable Security Feature Flags

Use this workflow to activate specific beta features or restricted functionality (such as "Multiple Photos" for inspections) for specific user roles.

Prerequisites:

• Enterprise Administrator permissions.

• You must know the specific Feature Flag ID you wish to enable.

The Steps:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Role Security > Security Features.

2. Use the ID search field to find the specific flag (e.g., EnableAngularInspectionProcess or FeatureAllowMultiplephotosMobile).

3. Click the Right Green Arrow icon next to the feature.

4. In the pop-up window:

    ◦ Click the Add Roles icon to enable it for a group (e.g., "Site Manager").

    ◦ Click the Add Users icon to enable it for a specific individual.

5. Select the target roles/users and click Close.

The Result: The feature is immediately active for the selected users. (Users may need to log out and back in to see changes).
