The Context: Location: Applies to Work Dispatch and GXP Integration workflows.
The Data:
| Feature | Logic Rule |
| Queue Assignment | If there are available responders in the Work Dispatch queue, a new Work Request is assigned to an available responder. |
| No Available Responders | If there are no available responders in the queue, the task is assigned to the Default WR Assignee, even if that individual is not currently listed in the queue. |
| Acceptance Time | Administrators can configure an "Acceptance Time." If a dispatched task is not accepted by the assignee within this window, it automatically re-assigns to the next responder. |
| GXP Auto-Dispatch | Transcendent Work Orders generated from GXP (Alice) can be auto-dispatched based on Case Subtypes mapped to specific User Groups. |
| Conflict Errors | If you attempt to add a dispatch configuration that conflicts with an existing priority/time setting, the system will now display a clearer error message explaining the conflict. |
