Acronym	Activity Name	Definition
PM	Preventive Maintenance	A system-generated work order to perform maintenance on a specific asset (e.g., "Filter Change on AHU-1").
SI	Scheduled Inspection	A system-generated work order used for administrative tasks or general checks not tied to a specific barcoded asset (e.g., "Quarterly Fire Drill").
RS	Scheduled Round	A system-generated work order that guides a user through a route of multiple assets (e.g., "Fire Extinguisher Check").
WI	Work From Inspection	A work order automatically generated when a specific inspection question is answered negatively (e.g., answering "Fail" on a check triggers a repair WI).
Standards	Compliance Standards	Activities flagged with a Red Flag icon. These are mandatory regulatory or brand-required tasks (e.g., Legionella testing) and cannot have blackout dates,.
