Use this specific workflow to assign frequencies and assignees to Round-based activities (routes), which differ slightly from single-asset PMs.
Prerequisites:
• The Round must be created in Manage Rounds before scheduling.
The Steps:
1. Navigate to Work > Work Management > Manage Rounds.
2. Locate the round and click the Edit icon.
3. Select the Schedule drop-down list to choose the interval (e.g., Weekly, Monthly).
4. Select a user from the Assigned To drop-down list.
◦ Note: Entering a name here dedicates all work orders generated from this round to that user.
5. Select the Due Date drop-down to pick the recurring calendar day.
6. Click Save.
The Result: The round appears in the Manage Schedules list and will generate a single work order containing all assets in the route.
