| Point Type | A subtype of equipment used for more granular classification (e.g., "Heater, Gas" vs. "Heater, Electric"). |
| Asset Status | The current state of the asset in its lifecycle (e.g., Active, Retired, In Storage). |
| Location | The physical placement of an asset or area of the site (e.g., Room, Foyer, Roof). |
| Lot Asset | A single asset record representing a group of identical items (e.g., 200 Room Safes) that do not require individual barcodes. |
| Safety Notes | Lockout/Tagout procedures recorded for an asset. These appear on the mobile device to warn engineers of hazardous energy sources. |
