TR: Inspection Question Types Reference

Location: Configured in Work > Work Configuration > Manage Questions.

The Data:

Question Type	User Action Required
OK	User slides a button to confirm the status/condition is acceptable.
Text	User enters alphanumeric notes in a single field.
Number	User must enter a specific numeric value (e.g., PSI reading).
Range	User enters a number that must fall between a configured High/Low limit. If outside the limit, a warning prompts action.
Yes/No	User selects one of two binary options. Can trigger work orders based on the answer.
Pass/Fail	Similar to Yes/No, used for compliance checks.
Photo	User must take a photo using the device camera (Mobile only).
Signature	User signs on the device screen (often used for vendor validation).
List/Single	User selects one option from a pre-defined list.
Multiple	User can select multiple options from a pre-defined list.
Date	User selects a date from a calendar selector.
File	User uploads a document attachment (Web only).
